Auto drivers recently demanded to increase the minimum auto fare from Rs.12 to Rs.20 at the office of Transport Commissioner in Transport Bhavan at Khairatabad. They also wanted that to increase the the auto fares from Rs.7 per km to Rs.9 per km.
The auto drivers also requested the State government to stop imposing fines and check private financiers’ harassment.
