Authorities of South Central Railway (SCR) have started a 24×7 Catering Help Line to receive suggestions and complaints of catering from passengers.
Calls from passengers will be monitored continuously by staff of commercial department of South Central Railway from control room in Rail Nilayam. Passengers can make a call or send a text message either to complain or to suggest about catering services delivered at railway stations. Complaints or suggestions can be sent via SMS to # 97013-70964 or one can also call 140-27834044 or 97013-70964.
