Now Send Complaints Regarding RTC Though SMS

31 March 2011: APSRTC had launched a SMS based passenger complaint receiving system, which enables the commuters to send an SMS regarding their complaints to 9959223300. On receiving the complaint, the Bus Bhavan will forward them to the respective depot managers. An acknowledgment will be sent to the customer on receiving the complaint and also a reply will be sent explaining about the action taken on the concerned issue.
