GHMC Proposes Call Center Assistance to Register Civic Complaints

18 Aug 11: The Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation (GHMC) has proposed to improve its call center facilities which can now allow people to register the civic complaints at any time. As of now, the call center works from 6 A.M to 6 P.M and provides a toll free number 155304 which is accessible only through BSNL landlines. In response to various complaints from the citizens, the corporation has decided to resolve the call center issues. It has been proposed to make it accessible through all telephone services along with the mobile phone networks.

The corporation planned to include the received complaints on its website. In addition, a registration-cum-complaint number would be given to the complainant and its status would be provided to their mobile phones.
