Single Complex in the City to House 45 Government Offices

In order to save the citizens from running around various government offices, the state government has proposed an initiative to bring all the city government offices under one roof. This multi-storied building is being constructed by dismantling the old office buildings of Hyderabad District Collectorate on Chirag Ali Lane, Abids.

This integrated complex which is being constructed with an estimated budget of Rs.30 crore, houses the collectorate and 45 other city level government offices – district collector, deputy collector, mandal revenue officer, district educational officer, school education office, medical office, health office, BC, SC & ST welfare office, Sarva Shiksha Abhiyan Department, minority welfare office, district sports and welfare office, labor protection office, etc.
