* Lists are not comprehensive

Here we have mentioned only few; there are more names to add. Visit Himayatnagar and check it for yourself. I am sure you won’t be disappointed because, you name it, you get it.

Good parking facility in Himayatnagar
You need not worry about parking your vehicle, because some restaurants, shops and other stores offer valet parking service. Though, some shops do not offer such service, there is GHMC paid parking and you can park your vehicles either in front of the shop or further ahead. There is decent parking space.

Abids losing sheen as commercial hub
Earlier, it was Abids that was the main commercial hub in Hyderabad. There is no development in Abids in the last few years. Today it’s just a connecting road between Dilsukhnagar/Koti and Secretariat/Lakdikapul. Many people commute via Abids, but they don’t stop and shop. Surprisingly, South Abids does not have anything to its credit.

Though there are some old restaurants, cloth stores, jewellery shops, etc. we hardly see people in them. Many parts of Abids have no tall buildings; all buildings are either single or two storeyed. The road is narrow. There is no underground parking.

Himayatnagar the one stop destination
Neighbourhoods around Himayatnagar have good purchasing power. Even for people from nearby place, it is easy to commute. On both sides of the main road, we see many customers in the shops.

A lot of business is supported in Himayatnagar, customers are more and there is competitive edge that makes Himayatnagar one stop destination for all your needs.

If you take a look at Himayatnagar now, you will see the growth of Himayatnagar as a commercial hub in just a span of 2 or 3 years, which is a very short period to prove as a growing commercial neighbourhood of Hyderabad. I am sure in the next few years there is more to come in Himayatnagar.
