According to government officials, colleges are indulging in making false CVs and unjustified claims for achieving 100% campus placements and high salary offers to attract students.
During the course of inspection, the state government task forces found that many engineering, management and MCA colleges are faking campus placement records to lure students and parents.
Even the jobs with low pay (Rs 8,000 per month) such as office administrators, salespersons, sales executives are shown as campus placements.
It is said that, the state government task force will be submitting the report on April 28, to the government and severe action will be taken against such colleges.
