Eight Percent of the Homeless in the Country’s Resides in Andhra Pradesh

Andhra pradesh occupied 5th place in the list of states of the country with most number of homeless. When you compare AP with 3 other South Indian states – Karnataka, Kerala and Tamil Nadu, even there proportion of homeless is higher.

Telagana is the hub of 55% of AP’s homeless population. And over 26% of the state’s homeless resides in Hyderabad and Ranga Reddy.
