Disabled Voters to Get Priority

For differently abled people, the state electoral authorities are going to make the process of casting votes hassle-free. Along with normal people, these people will exercise their franchise on April 30 and May 7 this year.

Special arrangements are likely to be made by state election commission (SEC) for differently disabled people that include separate ramps and ques at polling stations. For other people such as senior citizens, pregnant women, the authorities are going to make arrangements to help them reach polling station and exercise their voting right. For easier access, all booths are situated on the ground floor.
