Buildings Only with Ensured Security to Get Permissions

With an intention to ensure security, the National Task Force on Internal Security suggested the state government to allow building permissions for housing communities, new colonies, malls and other economic zones only if they have minimum security standards. A basic security plan, electronic surveillance, guards, access control, evacuation system and other security measures should be there in high value habitations such as eateries, resorts and gated communities. A certificate of minimum security standards should be given by the police department to such buildings. Also, the security of places such as cinema theaters, parks, marriage halls, resorts, religious places, institutions with financial hubs, and so on is planned by the proposal of a Public Places Security Act.
