Looks like owning a house in Hyderabad city will cost you dear, as more than half of the houses that are on sale are more than Rs 50 lakh.
Even cities like Bangaluru and Chennai have only quarter houses of sale that are more than Rs 50 lakh. Prices of houses in Hyderabad city are unreasonably high when compared to other cities.
A recent research by Knight Frank states that 51% of the total under construction houses in Hyderabad were below Rs 50 lakh and 49% houses were more than Rs 50 lakh. Almost half of the under construction houses in the city are priced more than Rs 50 lakh.
The report also stated that Bangaluru is the most affordable in the country for buyers.
