It is because the building owner did not pay the money. GHMC screwed him up. I have a floors laid out on top of my apartments, and did multiple complaints to GHMC, but looks like the builder is taking care of Currupt Babus.

Most of the listings for magicbricks are repeated. It appears they are cheating to show more listings than they really are. Found multiple listing in same neighborhood from single party. Secondly, the map facility is either not working or the listings are non-existent. I found over a dozen listings for Himayatnagar area – they were all pointing to 2 locations on Street # 8 Domalguda!!

Fair enough. However, one should not neglect local hyderabad property sites either. You can use the information on local Hyderabad property sites to make informed decisions.
