The postal department has extended the validity of Proof of Address (POA) card from 1 year to 3 years. This is applicable to the applications submitted on or before 1st January 2011.
The applications for this card are available at all the post offices across the country. This card contains proof of the address, signature, date of birth, blood group, mobile number along with the photo identification of the individual.
