APSRTC is coming out with numerous initiatives to attract the public. Besides, concentrating on generating revenues for itself, APSRTC is also taking care of upgrading its facilities to the commuters.
In one of its attempt to assure better customer service, APSRTC has launched a 24-hour toll-free number – 1800 200 4599 for addressing customer queries. This service attends to passenger calls, mails and SMS based grievance redressal with special focus on accidents, breakdowns and late turn-outs of buses at bus stations. Since its launch, on a daily basis, 1,208 calls are being received by the central call center.
