Curfew Imposed In Hyderabad

An ambiguous curfew has been charged in parts of the of Hyderabad after one person was killed in religious disturbance. In the conflicts between Hindus and Muslims in the old city, more than 75 people have been severely injured.

One person, who was going in a van, was assaulted to death by a mob. Central paramilitary forces have been directed to the city, which is a leading technology hub.

Police said that random conflicts between Hindus and Muslims were reported from the Aliabad, Lal Darwaza, Gowlipura and Shahalibanda areas of the old city.

Police said that, more than 100 people have been arrested who were associated with the clashes and these clashes began with some people opposing over putting of some religious flags at a place of worship.

Hyderabad, which is the capital of Andhra Pradesh state, is considered as an IT hub of southern India and home to organizations such as Microsoft, Google and Dell.
