A Nigerian was held in Delhi just before the day of New Year for possessing 175 grams of cocaine which is worth 1.75 crore, when he was selling the illicit drug to one of his high profile clients. This recovery is said to be the biggest cocaine hauls in recent past.
As per the police officials, this Nigerian named Paul Chinedu Ugnor, came to India in 2008 on a multiple-entry visa, settled in Mumbai exporting textiles from India to Nigeria and then due to the loss in his business started the cocaine selling business in partnership with another Nigerian who was already involved in the business of supplying cocaine to the bars and pubs in Mumbai.
