4,698 Foreign Students Study in Andhra Pradesh

Despite the Telangana agitation, 4698 students from abroad took admission in Andhra Pradesh, second largest number in the country.

Osmania University in Hyderabad admitted 1,500 students when comparing to last years 1,250 students. Students who admitted in Andhra Pradesh are from Sudan, Iraq, Afghanistan and East African countries.

Andhra University, Vizag, and Kakatiya University, Warangal, the next most preferred destinations for foreign students after Osmania University, Andhra University, Vizag and Kakatiya University.

Msc courses attracted the maximum number (245) followed by MA courses (135).
