AP to Get about 300 Additional Seats in PG Medical

Under a scheme sponsored by Union government, AP is likely to get 300 additional post-graduate medical seats.

Currently, there are 2,532 seats seats in the state. This includes 1,190 in government and 1,342 in private sector. The numbers do not include dental colleges.

The additional 300 PG seats will be available in the 15 medical colleges in the state, which include Rajiv Gandhi Institutes of Medical Sciences at Adilabad, Kadapa, Ongole and Srikakulam.
