People who have gas connections on their names are advised to register their names for Aadhaar cards. Whereas rest of the family members can enroll later, because only one month left for Aadhaar linked subsidized LPG.
According to sources, apart from existing 34 Aadhaar centres, 14 more are coming up in the city through which LPG connection holders can enroll. These centres are to work in the long-term. So people who don’t have LPG connections need not worry and can enroll their names later.
