Without any debate, for the first time, the state Assembly of Andhra Pradesh passed the Appropriation Bill (It is a bill which allocates money aside for particular spending) permitting the government to spend the allocations (distributions) in Budget.

As the Telugu Desam interrupted the House, the Speaker, Mr N. Kiran kumar Reddy, commenced the important Bill for voting and adjourned the House forever.

The Opposition parties headed by the Telugu Desam criticized the government for its failure to tackle critical public problems during the month-long Budget Session of the Assembly.

The CPI(M) MLA, Mr Julakanti Ranga Reddy, opposed by placing a bundle of business books and also CAG reports on his head and delivered speech to the media.

The expectations of new MLAs who attended the House in more numbers on the last day of the Budget session to discuss the problems of their constituency during the special Zero Hour, were shattered with the TD playing malcontent (complaining a lot). On the last day also, the House was adjourned for three times.
