The GHMC has set up emergency cells for citizens, who have complaints related to monsoon, as the citizens are facing a lot of difficulties during heavy rainfall.
The Mayor has appealed citizens to take proper use of the control room services and if they have any complaints related to monsoon, they should call up immediately, as these services will be available 24/7.
The city is expected to receive heavy rainfall in the next few days because of depression, so the Mayor instructed all the deputy commissioners and zonal commissioners to be alert.
He has also asked all the corporators and officers concerned to be accessible with their mobiles.
There are higher chances of flooding at Hussainsagar nala and other low lying areas, people living alongside to these areas should be alerted before any casualty takes place.
