The Central Power Distribution Company Limited (CPCDL), which in the last month announced that the power cuts will continue till September, this year, now decided to limit the power outages to one hour instead of three hours in the districts of Hyderabad and Ranga Reddy, that fall under its jurisdiction.
They further mentioned that the overall peak demand in the state was at 10,941 MU but the supply is only 8941MW resulting in a net deficit of 2,000MW.
