Following the state governments order to conduct engineering management seats admissions online, the Andhra Pradesh State Council of Higher Education (APSCHE), announced that the admissions will commence from September 12 and completed by October 5.
As per APSCHE’s guidelines, students opting for management quota seats can submit their online applications from 8 am On September 12 till 11.30 pm on September 22. Later the college authorities have to forward the merit list to the officials by September 24 for verification. The final list of the candidates will be displayed on the website http://apsche.cgg.gov.in on September 28, said the sources.
The students who got seats will have to report to the respective colleges by October 1. The second list which will be prepared based on the unfilled seats will be released on October 5.
The officials instructed the colleges to notify the details like courses offered in their colleges, number of seats available, the schedule of admissions, registration fee for application, tuition fee and bank account details in newspapers and to upload the same in the web portal.
They further said that once the data is furnished students can access the details by clicking on the colleges menu in the portal. They can also find the seat distribution branch wise.
Students who are applying online, need to click ‘apply online’ button, after which they are directed to the application form of their chosen college. After filling in the details here, they have to pay the prescribed application registration fee of that college along with user charges of Rs 70 towards CCG through Net banking or by cash in any of the AP online centres.
Students paying by cash at the AP online centers, need to pay the fees by the end of the next working day of registration along with submitting a printout of the application form. On paying the fees the application will be automatically confirmed for the respective college. Likewise, students willing to apply for different colleges have to pay separate applciation registration fee and user charges.
On successful submission of form, an online acknowledgment will be sent to the email ID of the student.
