Students whose parents are violating rules and are getting admissions under the management quota for their children by paying lakhs of rupees illegally to the engineering colleges to get admission in the top colleges will suffer a huge loss.

As the state government is tracking down such admissions, and has directed the AP State Council of Higher Education (APSCHE) not to validate such students. Students will not get admissions in the affiliating universities until the APSCHE approves it and also they will not be allowed to sit for exams.

Nearly 100 teams have visited various engineering colleges, where there is demand for management quota seats in Hyderabad and the team submitted a report that showed nearly 50 top colleges had violated the rules.

Very soon the list of irregular admissions will be submitted by the state government to the AP High Court to unmask these engineering colleges who are violating the rules and are misusing the management quota seats.

The High Court and the Supreme Court have framed the rules, to check the merit and transparency in management quota admissions. Inspection teams from APSCHE will see to it that admissions made under management quota are given to deserving student.
