Aadhaar Enrolment Number Enough to Avail LPG Subsidy

This announcement by the authorities came as a sigh of relief to LPG consumers. Earlier, there was a linkage of Aadhaar card to avail LPG subsidy, during that period people were rushing to Aadhaar centres to avail Aadhaar cards and there was chaos in the city.

But, now with the announcement by the authorities, people who have applied and are waiting for the Aadhaar card and can avail LPG subsidy. Oil companies will now give away gas cylinders to consumers who have Aadhaar enrolment number.
