In order to save power and encourage domestic consumers to conserve energy, the APCPDCL (Andhra Pradesh Central Power Distribution Company Limited) is introducing an award-winning campaign, where interested domestic consumers can take part in the campaign on conserving energy to win a prize.
To take part in the campaign, one needs to SMS their nine-digit Unique Service Number to 73822 96458 from their mobile for getting registered and it should be done before March 10, as it is the last date to get registered.
This campaign is open for Hyderabad, Anantapur, Mahabubnagar, Nalgonda, Medak, Kurnool and Rangareddy districts. Winners will be selected on the grounds of their consumption of energy in March and April 2013 and based on their consumption, domestic consumers will be segregated into two groups – 0 to 200 units and above 200 units and on these basis winners will be decided.
