The state government has made it compulsory by law for engineering collects to submit fee proposals online. This is to make it easy for AFRC to fix fee ‘three-year block period’ from 2013-14.
Despite the closing of time limit, many colleges have not submitted their proposals saying AFRC’s website had technical issues. They want to submit the proposals via the offline mode.
The government has not allowed any offline submission and has extended the time limit for online submission by one day.
The fee reimbursement is not going to be considered for colleges failing to submit online fee proposals by the closing date.
Under new norms, colleges need to submit audited accounts of their income and expenditure for the present academic year along with fees proposals for the following year as per the financial statements.
