The Hyderabad Metropolitan Development Authority (HMDA) inviting public to place their objections and suggestions on the two drafts of Comprehensive Transportation Plan (Drafts – Hyderabad Metropolitan Area and Intelligent Transportation System). These drafts came up with travel demand forecasts for the horizon year 2041. CTP proposed for a total investment of Rs. 1,25,000 crore for its implementation over the following three decades.
The drafts along with the detailed statements are going to be displayed in HMDA complex, GHMC, APSRTC and Hyderabad Metro Rail and in the website “www.hmda.gov.in”
All citizens interested can submit their objections and suggestions to the two draft plans till January 10, 2014 either by post to HMDA, Tarnaka, Secunderabad – 500007 or can email to cts2041@hmada.gov.in. All these objections and suggestions are to be taken into consideration before finalization of the plans and the same will be forwarded to the state government for its approval.
