Colleges in Hyderabad have increased sharply the cut-off percentage for admission in graduation. Reportedly, this year the number students who scored more than 82 percent are significantly greater compared to the last years.
According to the experts, the increase in the number of applicants with more than 80% greatly influences the cut-off percentages for colleges.
It has been found that B.Com courses are in great demand among the 12th grade pass-outs. Also, such students are said to have done extremely well in business studies and economics in their 11th and 12th grades. This demand has led colleges to raise their threshold cut-off significantly.
