Andhra Pradesh will be getting a modern Regional Director office of the Ministry of Corporate Affairs in Hyderabad soon. It will promote additional growth of the corporate sector in the State. As the number of companies registered with the Registrar of Companies (RoC) in the state is increasing yearly, it necessitated the Regional Director’s office. This was a long unsettled demand by trade and industry sources in the State to increase growth of the corporate sector in the state.
Ministry had also offered creation of new platforms like one-man company and Limited Liability Partnership Act for professionals in order to expand and progress their own companies. Ministry was also giving more importance to CSR actions by corporates, which did not observe this platform as a charity but like an instrument which can improve their brand value. Ministry has also started a nation-wide investors’ education program to educate investors.
