Rajiv Gandhi International Airport, Hyderabad, has won the Routes Airport Marketing Award in the Indian sub-continent classification for the second time in a sequence.
According to an announcement from GMR Hyderabad International Airport Limited (GHIAL), the Routes Asia 2010 which is an important networking occasion for region’s air service development industry, was held in Adelaide in April last week terminated with the announcement of the winners for the Asia pacific region. It announced that RGIA won the winner’s position, succeeding over four other airports like Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore and Chennai from the region that were shortlisted.
The APSRTC is planning to introduce daily super luxury bus services from Rajiv Gandhi International Airport (RGIA) to Karimnagar and Nizamabad from 4th May’10. One way ticket fare will be Rs. 160, according to a press announcement issued by the airport authorities.
