APSRTC Launches Passenger Grievance Cell in Hyderabad

Passengers facing any kind of problem regarding city buses can make a complaint at the new grievance cell in Hyderabad. They can make a call to 99592-26126 between 9.00 a.m. To 9.00 p.m on all working days to register their complaint. Passengers can even get the status of their complaint after 3 days. The cell will also conduct meeting on first Sunday of every month to collect feedback regarding the APSRTC operations.

Apart from this, the officials have announced that they will be introducing, 100 mini buses in localities, where the facility of normal buses is not adequate. They are also planning to introduce 350 CNG buses by April, which will be operated from Hakimpet, Cantonment and Medchal depots. They also said that they will be providing upgradation and face lift for over 1200 buses by March ending.
