This year the pass percentage of Intermediate first year saw an increase by 1 per cent with 55.84% when compared to last year’s 54.60%. Out of the 8,68,744 students who have registered for the exams, 4,85,069 have passed this year.
Girls have outperformed this year with a pass percentage of 61, whereas the pass percentage of boys is 51%. Out of ten districts in Telangana, eight districts have secured less than the state average of 56% results. Only Ranga Reddy and Hyderabad has secured pass percentage above the state average with 68% and 57% respectively.
The secretary of Board of Intermediate Education announced that, the advanced supplementary exams will be held from May 25 and the due to pay exam fee is May 6. Inter second year results will be announced on May 3.
